Service Level Agreements
Every project we complete comes with a one-year warranty. After that, you have the option of extending your service-level agreement (SLA) to continue coverage. For our AV clients who require rapid response times or more hands-on management, we offer upgraded levels of service and support. You choose the service and support plan that’s right for your organization.
