Phil’s once again called in Fluid Sound to bring some excitement to their latest restaurant and sports bar in Santee, CA using AV technology. We installed multiple large format displays along with DirecTV service, a high-quality sound system, digital menu boards, as well as a scrolling LED ticker to display the latest sports news to help provide an amazing guest experience.

Challenge
The owners of Phil’s BBQ asked Fluid Sound to design and install a definition video and audio distribution system with multiple zone functionality, while also incorporating a sports ticker and other digital signage in the bar area and the order counter area.
Solution
NEC commercial large format displays with DirecTV service were installed throughout the restaurant and sports bar, as well as JBL wide-range pendant loudspeakers and subwoofers. Other large displays were incorporated to be used as digital menu boards. An LED Tickercom sports ticker was installed to display the latest sports news and scores. A Crestron audio video control system allows all of the AV systems in the facility to be easily controlled via a wireless Apple iPad.
