Last month, we wrote in our blog about the work our San Diego audiovisual company completed for the Barona Resort & Casino expansion. Since the time that blog post was published, the project has received a lot of publicity from both local and national news sources.
The press release that was put out about the Barona project was picked up by more than 230 media outlets! Some of the most notable publications talking about the project include CBS8 San Diego, KFMB San Diego, L.A. Biz, Markets Insider, Boston Herald, San Francisco Business Times, and Atlanta Business Chronicle. As you can see by this list, it wasn’t just San Diego publications that were interested in sharing about this project, but outlets from all over the state, and even some in other parts of the country.
Our Facebook post about the project also received a healthy amount of attention. It was shared multiple times, causing it to be seen by people all across the Facebook community—not just by our own social media followers. Several of the shares came from some of our partners in this project, including TSA Construction, Inc. and Just Add Power, both of whom were very instrumental in the overall success of the project.
Finally, the project received a special featured write-up in Businessing Magazine, an online publication with an international readership. Businessing Magazine is dedicated to providing information and inspiration to the small business community and occasionally features businesses that are doing great work that deserves to be recognized.
Their article on Fluid Sound and the Barona project highlights how we are able to help our clients by giving them audiovisual systems that make them more efficient and more exciting places to work and visit. In the case of the Barona project, the article points out how our design was able to save the casino more than $250,000 over their original proposed design by utilizing HDMI over IP technology. The article also mentions how we were able to create a cohesive environment for casino guests and give casino operators a system that is easy to use.
As we mentioned in our previous blog post about the Barona project, this job was a true team effort between the team at Fluid Sound, the general contractor on the project, and the many vendors we worked with to give the casino a finished product that is everything they had hoped for.
If you have an upcoming project that needs the expertise of an experienced San Diego audiovisual company, we’d love to talk with you. We can handle even the most complex projects and make sure they get completed on time and on budget.
